Recipes is the master list of every formulation. Product Builds are the assembled items (a sandwich = bun + sauce + filling). R&D lives here.

Purchasing — Ingredients DB
Every raw material with its Oracle code, supplier, current price, allergen profile. Purchasing manages prices; R&D references when costing recipes.

Factory SOP is the production-line manual per recipe (steps, HACCP icons, flowchart). Branch SOP is the store-level manual (assembly, portioning, plating).

QA Lab Results = micro and physical tests with Pass/Fail per parameter. QAS — Visual Spec = the visual reference (recommended, not a gate). Production Plan = scheduled runs and yield. Substitutions = ingredient swap requests with sequential approval.
