✉ Communications

The Communications page lets you email any role group (R&D, QA, Factory, OPS, Purchasing, Viewers, Everyone) or an individual user. Useful for "spec change incoming", "trial scheduled", or "QAS approved — go to production". Every message is logged.

Sidebar → Resources → ✉ Communications.

Pick recipients, optionally link the message to a recipe, then write your message. B / I / Regular toolbar wraps the selection in **bold** / *italic* markers. Preview shows what the email will look like, live-updating as you type. Save Draft for later, or Send Email when ready.

Right side panel keeps every sent message with subject, recipients, and timestamp. Click any entry to expand and re-read the body. Admin can delete log entries with the ✕ button — recipients still got the email, this just removes the record.
